Turns out your mother was right, you are what you eat. I truly believe food has the power to hurt, heal and even transform us. I love exploring with different veggies, recipes, local markets and restaurants. Creativity and variation are the spice of life and it can be incredibly rewarding creating a meal or recipe from scratch and knowing exactly how you’re fueling your body.
