Chair Yoga
Fitting a normal yoga class into the middle of your day can be difficult. With Office Chair Yoga, you'll get a complete yoga experience (body, breath, and mind) from the convenience of your office chair at any time. These movements and techniques have been adapted from classical yoga to help you find your calm and steady center in the middle of your workday.
Take notes as you follow along, as many of these exercises you'll want to return to again and again.
